MONDAY:-Sautéed Irish Potatoes with Vegetable Scrambled Eggs OR Jollof Spaghetti, Cole Slaw and Boiled egg with a Drink.
TUESDAY:- White Rice and Beans on the side with Beef Stew OR White Rice with Moi Moi with Beef Stew with a fruit.
WEDNESDAY:- Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce OR Pepperoni Pizza and a Drink
THURSDAY:- Beans and Diced Fried Plantain with Stewed Beef or Fried Plantain and Egg Sauce with a fruit
FRIDAY:- Jollof Rice and Fried Chicken OR Chicken and Chips with Ketchup or Mayonnaise
LUNCH MENU 2
MONDAY:-Fried Rice and Chicken OR White Rice and Curry Chicken with a drink
TUESDAY:- Soft Boiled yam and Beef Stew with a side of green Vegetables OR Poundo Yam and Egunsi Soup with fruit.
WEDNESDAY:-Yam Pottage Green Vegetables and Gizzard Sauce OR Jollof Rice and Sautéed Gizzard
THURSDAY:- Sweet Potato Strips and Stewed Beef OR Amala and Okro Soup with fruit
FRIDAY:- White Rice and Beef Stew OR Ofada Sauce or Small Chops (Specify content- Puff Puff, Chicken, Samosa Spring roll) and a Drink
